With our physical office being located in Lakeville, MA, we like to be within an hour drive of our client locations in order to provide timely onsite support when needed. However, we’re able to remotely support businesses across the country.

Generally-speaking, it costs about $60 per computer for our suite of monitoring tools and unlimited Help Desk support. There are a number of other factors which will dictate the total investment for your plan, however, such as firewall protection and how many servers you have. Coastline would be happy to provide you with a simple proposal for our services! All of Coastline’s plans include unlimited remote support, and while that is typically much faster and effective, our team does provide onsite support when needed.

Coastline responds to IT support requests within 1-hour during normal business hours, but oftentimes we are much faster. Full resolution must happen within 6-hours.

Switching IT providers can be a smooth process with the right planning and the right provider. The first thing to verify would be whether you have a contract with your outgoing provider. If so, does it specify an end date?
Once that’s been determined, we establish an onboarding date. Our structured onboarding team ensures a seamless transition with minimal downtime, typically completing the switch in one business day, depending on the complexity of the environment and number of office locations.

Coastline does not require that clients partner with us for both IT and phone service. Though we do highly recommend it, as our phone service typically saves our clients hundreds of dollars over “traditional” providers like Comcast, and our phone support is included for IT clients. But we service plenty of clients who use us just for IT, and some just for phones!
