Meet the Coastline Team
-
Gregory Cincotta
Founder and CEO
With 20 years in the IT field, Computer Science education, and numerous professional certifications, Greg founded Coastline Technologies with a simple mission: to bring high-quality IT expertise to businesses that can’t afford a full-time tech team.
Greg’s experience spans both the private and public sectors. He’s designed and built networks for everything from small family-owned shops to large, high-availability enterprise environments. As CEO, he’s hands-on - overseeing daily operations, welcoming new clients, ensuring projects meet best-practice standards and deadlines, and personally assisting with complex technical challenges when needed.
Outside of work, Greg calls the SouthCoast of Massachusetts home, where he lives with his wife, two sons, a Golden Retriever, and four cats. When he’s not solving tech problems, you’ll find him playing hockey with the South Shore Classics League, playing electric guitar in a punk rock band, watching movies, or gaming with his kids.

Elizabeth Cincotta
Partner and Vice President
Beth brings 17 years of marketing, strategy, and organizational leadership to Coastline Technologies, where she leads the company’s marketing, strategic planning, and philanthropic initiatives. Her background spans both corporate and nonprofit sectors, and her approach blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
While her partnership with Greg, Coastline’s Founder and CEO, has certainly deepened her understanding of the IT world, Beth’s role is grounded in her own professional expertise and passion for helping small businesses grow with the right technology and support.
Outside of Coastline, Beth is deeply committed to giving back. She serves on several boards and committees, including Camp Casco, Dogs for Better Lives, and She’s Local, where she helps amplify causes she cares about: childhood cancer support, Service Dogs for people with disabilities, and empowering women through community events.
In her spare time, you’ll find Beth reading, experimenting in the kitchen, learning Italian, gardening, or out walking with her family, including Tuukka, the beloved golden retriever.

Dalton Bunch
Network Engineer and Project Manager
Dalton was born in Michigan and grew up in Dallas, Texas. As the son of a computer engineer, being a part of the tech world came easy. He got his first computer at the age of 6, and that was the beginning of his love for technology. Growing up, he would often help friends and family with their computer problems, or even build computers for friends. After managing a small IT department in Texas, Dalton moved across the country to be a part of the Coastline Technologies family.
Dalton enjoys playing games with friends and family, watching SciFI TV shows and movies among other genres, and has been known to cook up some of his famous risotto from time to time.

Sean grew up on the SouthCoast of Massachusetts in a family of teachers and engineers, where a love for technology and problem-solving was part of daily life. Surrounded by the latest tech and fueled by curiosity, he developed a passion for learning.
As a Network Engineer, Sean combines his expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and customer service to provide reliable remote and on-site support.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys gaming with friends and family, hiking, baking, and spending time with his dog and twin cats.

Tuukka
Chief Happiness Officer
Tuukka is Greg and Beth’s 12-year old Golden Retriever who loves to visit the office and make everyone smile. He was named after the Boston Bruins now-retired goalie, Tuukka Rask.
What he lacks in technical skills he makes up for with his sweet nature and desperate need for attention and at all times.
He loves belly rubs, Milk Bones, pulling the squeaker out of every single dog toy, naps, walkies, and chasing a soccer ball around his yard with his two little boys.
